This web site uses Javascript extensively for menu navigation options, rotating content and picture manipulation.  If you don't see a drop-down menu at the bottom of the top banner, then you have your security settings currently set to High.  You need to set the security settings to Medium which is sufficiently secure for this site.

To reset for use with this site, do the following:

• Click on Tools / Internet Options.  
• On the Internet Options window, click on the Security tab. 
• Move the slider down from High to Medium.  
• Click Apply. 
• Click OK.

You should now refresh the web page and the menu option should appear.  When you get through viewing this site, you can follow the instructions above to move the slider back to the High setting.
